| Many different varieties and grades
of "Soarnol®" are available to meet
the needs of the times. Nippon Gohsei modified the
thermoforming properties that had proved to be a
difficulty for standard grade "Soarnol®"
in low temperature areas and deep drawing areas
to develop a special grade for thermoforming. In
recent years, a variety of barrier tray moldings
have been marketed, not only polypropylene (PP)
but polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PE) that
require forming in low temperature areas. Nippon
Gohsei pursued the development of special "Soarnol®"
for thermoforming in order to accommodate these
applications. |

| In this way, various grades of "Soarnol"
have been developed through appropriate product
design tailored to individual customer needs. Each
grade has excellent heat-resistant (long-run) processability,
preventing burnt deposits and the like and also
reducing the percentage of defective products. |
