for packaging a wide variety of foods,
including hams and sausages, cheeses,
jellies, snacks and soft drinks. Soarnol
is also used in the manufacture of gasoline
tanks, where its excellent resistance
to oil helps it guard against rust.

Hi-Selon
– PVOH Film 
Hi-Selon is a biodegradable plastic film made from
PVOH and is suitable for use in water soluble packaging
and sanitary products. |

Because it is water-soluble, Hi-selon
is also used for individual detergent
packs that can be tossed into the washing
machine. It dissolves quickly even in
cold water, and eliminates detergent
spills. In Europe, Hi-selon is used
to package liquid detergent individually.
